Templates & Checklists
Download editable Word resources for preparing a submission. The manuscript template uses a flexible scholarly structure; adapt sections for your article type. Delete instructional prompts before uploading.
- Anonymous manuscript template (.docx)
- Separate title page and declarations (.docx)
- Cover letter template (.docx)
- Submission checklist (.docx)
How to use the files
Keep the title page separate from the anonymous manuscript. Use the manuscript template for structure rather than copying its prompts as content. The cover letter is for editorial handling and should not be embedded in the article. Complete the checklist against the final files, not an earlier draft.
Format and accessibility
DOCX is the main editable template format. Authors may submit legacy DOC files or other supported formats described in the guidelines. Templates do not require proprietary fonts or macros. Use Word heading styles, meaningful captions and accessible tables, and retain editable sources for production.
